FLEX CARE®

Flex Care service contracts are available to cover planned and unplanned maintenance for 5 years and up to 20 years.

The Flex Turbine® is a long-life energy generation system with one planned maintenance per year. Depending on the distributed generation project’s economics, fixed equipment all-in-service costs may be required to reduce project financial risks.

The Flex Care service contract can be set up to cover “parts only” or full service “parts and labor”, so the Flex Turbine performance and availability meet project expectations. All planned and unplanned maintenance are included in Flex Turbine lease agreements.

KEEP YOUR SYSTEM RUNNING, SAFE AND EFFECTIVE WITH MAXIMUM UPTIME.

FlexEnergy offers multiple operation and maintenance training courses to teach clients how to keep their systems running safely, effectively, and efficiently so maximum uptime is achieved.

Flex Turbine maintenance service training is available to provide clients with the tips and techniques to properly maintain their equipment and achieve the highest economic returns. FlexEnergy provides training to clients, partners, and distributors since the proper operation, inspection, and servicing of the equipment is critical to maintaining the high uptime performance needed in most projects.

  • Basic Operator Training – provided by our commissioning technician on-site at the conclusion of Flex Turbine commissioning.
  • Advanced Operator Training – 3.5 days at one of our service centers.
  • Authorized Service Provider Training – 9 days at one of our service centers.
  • GE RX3i Controls and Reading C Code – 4 days at one of our service centers.
