When they do, our rapid response team can often have a technician on-site within hours, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum reliability.

Engaging with our service operations team grants partnering customers direct access to:

  • Trained Experts
    • In-house, dedicated employees who are highly qualified and trained in mechanical, instrumentation, and controls.
    • All Service Technicians receive accelerated, extensive training.
    • Working on behalf of customers both in the field as well as in our shops, our technicians perform everything from problem-solving, repair, installations, and routine maintenance, to major overhauls —always with strict adherence to safety protocols.
  • Extension of your Team
    • Working in lockstep with the customer, our team deploys swiftly to power sites up (or down) as and when needed, so they can concentrate on other aspects of their own business.
    • If greater autonomy is requested, we provide skilled personal customer training.
  • Adaptive Technology
    • FlexEnergy customized data communications protocol puts real-time power data in the customer’s hands enabling them to directly manage demand response in real-time.

FLEX CARE®

Flex Care service contracts are available to cover planned maintenance for 5 years and up to 20 years.

The Flex Turbine® is a long-life energy generation system with one planned maintenance per year. Depending on the distributed generation project’s economics, fixed equipment all-in-service costs may be required to reduce project financial risks.

The Flex Care service contract can be set up to cover “parts only” or full service “parts and labor”, so the Flex Turbine performance and availability meet project expectations. All planned and unplanned maintenance are included in Flex Turbine lease agreements.

Our courses cover everything from basic operation to advanced maintenance, ensuring you get the best performance and highest economic returns from your Flex Turbine®.

We train clients, partners, and distributors because proper operation, inspection, and servicing are not only critical to uptime—they are essential to safety.

  • Basic Operator Training – provided by our commissioning technician on-site at the conclusion of Flex Turbine commissioning.
  • Advanced Operator Training – 3.5 days at one of our service centers.
  • Authorized Service Provider Training – 9 days at one of our service centers.
  • GE RX3i Controls and Reading C Code – 4 days at one of our service centers.
  • Specialized Safety Training
