- Michael Baier joins FlexEnergy as Heat Exchanger Sales Manager for North America
- Growing demand for compact, high-performance heat transfer solutions drives need to strengthen sales organization
PORTSMOUTH, NH (April 1, 2019) – FlexEnergy Inc. today announced that Michael “Mike” Baier has joined the company as North America Heat Exchanger Sales Manager. Mike brings over 12 years of experience in engineering and technical sales to the FlexEnergy team. Before joining FlexEnergy, he worked in increasing levels of responsibility at Alfa Laval in sales and business development focused on heat transfer solutions. Prior to that, Mike worked at ITT Goulds Pumps as a Development Engineer where he designed and modeled pumps for the oil and gas market.
As Heat Exchanger Sales Manager for North America, Mike plays a key role and is responsible for customer acquisition, retention and expanding FlexEnergy’s market share of the large heat exchanger market. He will be focused on building and maintaining channel relationships and increasing FlexEnergy’s responsiveness to growing market demand.

Mike earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Binghamton University. He lives with his wife in the Richmond, Virginia area and enjoys racing cars and playing volleyball and ice hockey.
