FlexEnergy Inc’s innovative and patented recuperators represent our advanced high temperature heat exchanger technology capability. In gas turbine engine applications, recuperators can significantly raise overall engine efficiency while operating in a hostile environment. FlexEnergy Inc recuperators are used both in our own turbine products and in other gas turbine engines.
FlexEnergy Inc can apply its breakthrough heat exchanger technology to other types of high temperature processes. In addition, FlexEnergy Inc innovative and well-developed manufacturing capabilities can be applied to cost-effectively produce other components subject to similar high temperature design regimes and requirements.

• Up to 1200°F gas inlet temperature (higher depending on gas chemistry and life requirements)
• Up to 280 psig
• 347 stainless steel for most applications (IN625 available for higher temperature environments)
