The FlexEnergy Plate-Fin Heat Exchanger (PFHE) provides an efficient, compact way to recover waste heat from a high temperature gas stream and recycle exhaust energy to improve processes.

High Efficiency. High efficiency design allows for a compact, lightweight heat exchanger specifically used for gas-to-gas applications and can be customized to function in two modes, including counter-current, for the best heat transfer, or cross-flow, to accommodate piping restraints, requiring minimal space for installation and servicing.

Temperature Limitations. Units operate up to 1,650°F depending on materials.

Pressure Drop. The FlexEnergy PFHE provides the low pressure drop ideally suited to most waste gas heat recovery applications.

Materials. FlexEnergy uses a variety of materials to create units capable of performing in nearly every temperature environment. For high heat applications, we have the expertise to manufacture using super alloys like Inconel, Hastelloy, and many grades of Stainless Steel.

Modularity. Multiple units can operate in parallel for larger duties.
