Compact Solutions for Heat Recovery

FlexEnergy has announced the launch of an expanded heat recovery offering – a complete solution that delivers high efficiency performance in high heat environments.

The four primary features of the FlexEnergy heat transfer solution include:

Consultative Approach. FlexEnergy’s Application Engineering group has extensive experience designing heat transfer solutions that deliver a specific performance envelope, tailored to customer needs.  We are looking forward to solving your high temperature gas heat recovery problems.

Efficiency and High Performance. FlexEnergy heat exchangers typically deliver efficiency above 90% for improved system efficiency. They are designed for low pressure drop high performance and high reliability to optimize your system.

Scalable and Durable. FlexEnergy has the design and manufacturing experience to create solutions for 500W to 20+ MW applications, utilizing high temperature alloys and hybrid metal combinations that offer high thermal cycle tolerance.

Customized Materials and Applications. FlexEnergy offers both counter-current and cross-flow designs to match the customer application and the high efficiency design provides for a very compact footprint.

High efficiency design also means a smaller, compact heat exchanger that minimizes the operational footprint, which is critical when facility size is limited. Several new heat exchanger technologies are now in development that will  provide reliable high temperature solutions for even more applications.
